Abstract:
On December 18, 1978 Edwin Kuhn requested provisional approval for proposed alignment for the Alaska Gas Pipeline (called Northwest Alaskan Gas Pipeline) authorized by the Alaska Natural Gas Transportation Act of 1976. This letter is a response to that request and subsequent letters. A major issue is the right-of-way, particularly in regard to shared alignment along the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System.
