Abstract:
This brochure briefly describes the ANGTS Prebuild. The Prebuild was constructed as the first phase of the total Alaska project. It consists of two southern legs. The Western Leg runs from the pipe fork at Caroline, Alberta southwest into Oregon. The Eastern Leg extends from Caroline southeast into Iowa. The brochure outlines contractual sales and transportation arrangements, key legislative and regulatory events, corporate involvement, and basic facts of the Prebuild, and it explains the relationship of various companies to the project.
