Abstract:
Alaska Gasline Development Corporation (AGDC) plans to start construction of the facilities for the Alaska LNG Project in the first quarter of 2020, although work is dependent on the state legislature appropirating money for action. AGDC envisions highway relocation work starting in 2019 followed by construction upon FERC approval in early 2020 with sealift barges to the North Slope to start in 2023. The plan includes the set up of a new company, 8-Star Alaska LLC.
