Abstract:
A collection of documents related to the proposed natural gas pipeline to deliver natural gas from Alaska North Slope through Canada to U.S. markets, called the Alaska Natural Gas Transportation System, which was first proposed in the 1970s and which had regained interest through a memorandum of understanding signed in November 2001 between six American and three Canadian companies.
