Abstract:
This Order revokes Administrative Order No. 121 (August 22, 1990). It establishes the State Pipeline Coordinator's Office (SPCO) as oversight coordinator of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS), Alaska Natural Gas Transportation System (ANGTS), the Trans-Alaska Gas System (TAGS), the Mackenzie-Porcupine Project, and the MAPCO project. It describes roles of this office and of the Bureau of Land Management.
