Abstract:
This plan represents a comprehensive management program for control, cleanup and disposal of oil and hazardous substances with construction and operation of the Alaska Natural Gas Transportation System, the conditioning facilites, and pipeline facilities. The plan was developed in response to federal right-of-way grant stipulations and anticipated state right-of-way lease stipulations.
