Abstract:
This procedure manual describes the research methodology for conducting a study for the proposed Susitna Hydroelectric Project. The purposes of the study are to select an environmentally sound access road to the dam sites planned for the Susitna Hydroelectric Project and to provide an impact assessment of the preferred access route and of dam facilities such as borrow areas and connecting haul roads.
