Abstract:
The crew of orbital debris collector DS-12 continues their work of retrieving space junk. Recovering from a broken leg Hachimaki encounters an old-rimer spacer who questions humans ability to live in space. A unique girl they meet challenges their notion of home. A rumor that Fee may be promoted out of their ship leads the crew to see if the can manage without her. Hachimaki's sensei turns up again as a safety officer of an inspection station. Yuri finally finds what he has been looking for.
