Abstract:
Hollywood homicide: A veteran police detective Gavilan and his rookie partner Calden are no exception to the rule that in Hollywood, no one is really who they want to be. Between Gavilan's struggling real estate business and Calden's fledgling acting career and yoga instruction, they've got a major murder case to solve. With both Internal Affairs and their prime suspect on their tails, both have to infiltrate the dangerous world of the hip-hop recording industry.

Lone star state of mind: With a couple of grand in the bank and a dream in their heart, Earl and Baby plan their escape from their hometown in Bennett, Texas. They are heading to Los Angeles. But Earl's dim-witted cousin, an ex-con and an angry drug lord are threatening to derail their plans. With just 48 hours to straighten out this mess, Earl finds himself smack dab in the middle of an even bigger mess.

The freshman: A naive student freshly arrived in New York City accepts a delivery job involving a shady businessman and a large lizard, eventually running afoul of an eccentric chef and the FBI.

A fine mess: While making a movie at a racetrack, lady-crazed actor, con-artist and all-around bungler Spence Holden, stumbles on two goofball thugs Turnip and Binky doping a race horse. When the two hoods discover Spence's plan to obtain some quick loot, the chase is on.

Hudson hawk: The world's best cat burglar is out of prison and ready to go straight. But the mob and the CIA conspire to blackmail him and his friend into stealing three DaVinci masterpieces from the Vatican Museum.

Cops & robbersons: A comedy about a mild-mannered accountant whose dreams of being a supercop come to life when his suburban home is used for an extended stake-out.

Excess baggage: A crash course in kidnappings, car thefts and other rituals of dating, this offbeat adventure is about a poor little rich girl and the car thief who steals her heart. Desperate for attention, Emily Hope stages her own kidnapping. But before Emily can enjoy a happy reunion with her father, her car gets stolen -- with Emily still inside.

Life without dick: When Colleen, an artist, is convinced that her boyfriend is cheating on her, she decides to put a stop to it. The gun she threatens him with accidentally goes off, and now with her boyfriend dead and in her basement, she hooks up with Daniel. Daniel is a singer and an assassin, who just can't seem to bring himself to actually kill anyone. When Colleen learns that Daniel was to kill her boyfriend, and Daniel discovers the boyfriend is dead already, its a match made in Mafia heaven.
