Biographical/Historical Data:
Actress, b. Arabelle Frances Patchen; m. Samuel G. Allen in 1892; in 1897 m. Thomas Clarke Noyes and went with him to Alaska, where they became prominent in the Candle mining area; later m. William Muncaster and continued her mining activities, eventually settling in Haines, Alaska.
