Abstract:
George Paneak talks about his father, Simon Paneak, Eskimo tools, using sinew and willow to construct traps, making Eskimo rope, his bow and arrow that his father made for him, Elijah Kakinya, Simon making toys from caribou, his father making items for sale including snowshoes and drums, skinning caribou, and his father teaching him how to hunt and butcher caribou.
