Abstract:
Contains 97 digital images of volcanoes in south-central Alaska taken by Alaska Volcano Observatory scientists, other researchers, and private citizens which illustrate and document recent eruptive activity and the range of volcanic phenomena observed in Alaska. Disc contains Portable Document Format (PDF) files for viewing text and the photographs, as well as installers for Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 for both Macintosh and Windows. Each photograph is stored as a Photo CD .PCD image pac in five resolutions.
