Abstract:
Summary: Aerial view of hills, Wien Alaska Airlines airplane touches down and passengers disembark (location is unclear), shots of airport and wooden control tower, airplane takes off and lands in Kotzebue. Images at and near Kotzebue include shots of people living in Quonset huts, small boats on the ocean, dogs bedded down on the beach, Eskimo man sawing wood, tents, panorama of the town, Wien Alaska Airlines terminal (seems to be a tar paper building), Eskimo people and kids walking by, two puppies play with some meat, salmon drying on rack, more street scenes, camera operator embarks on fishing boat, more shots of town from the ocean, shots of an Eskimo encampment, boat under construction, clothes on a clothesline, skins, a tug, huskies, whalebone, drying rack, anchor, kayak, husky, fishing boat, tents on the tundra, puppy, street scenes, fellow tourists, Wien stewardess and captain.
