Abstract:
This document comprises the papers of the Alaska Power Authority board meeting held Oct. 14, 1983 in Anchorage, which included a two-hour teleconference session for public comment. It contains a background report on the Harza-Ebasco Susitna Joint Venture's contracted economic forecasting and design refinement projects, the Oct. 14 meeting agenda, minutes of the Sept. 26 Board of Directors meeting, the meeting sign-in sheets, and partial minutes of the Oct. 14 meeting. The Oct. 14 minutes included here are for agenda item III (Project refinements; Project updates; FY 1984 budget; FY 1985 budget; Review of Susitna access road) and item IV (Consideration of action with respect to the balance of the Alaska Power Authority budget for FY 1985).
