Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to assess the current conditions of the study area against applicable state and national air quality standards and evaluate the Susitna-Watana Hydroelectric Project's air quality impact against these standards relative to both short-term (construction) and long-term (operational) impacts. The study area includes not only the immediate Project area, but also the Railbelt region.
