This document is a letter with attachments sent on January 17, 2013, to Kimberly D. Abstract:
This document is the response from the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation and the Alaska Department of Fish and Game regarding the Initial Study Report (ISR) for the proposed Susitna-Watana Hydroelectric Project (FERC No. 14241). The ISR is required by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for the licensing of the proposed project. This document comprises a 2-page cover letter accompanied by comments from the two agencies (14 pages) and two attachments (52 pages). The document was sent by the Alaska Office of Project Management and Permitting along with a cover letter written by that Office, whose role is to facilitate interagency coordination development projects in the state during the permitting processes.
