Abstract:
This document was released by Arctic Environmental Information and Data Center (AEIDC). It consists primarily of its response to the comments made by Harza-Ebasco Susitna Joint Venture on AEIDC's earlier report 'Stream flow and temperature modeling in the Susitna Basin, Alaska'. That earlier report described predictions of unmeasured water discharges and stream temperatures are necessary for the analysis of project impacts on downstream fishery populations and habitats based on flow data at various mainstem and tributary locations. Harza-Ebasco's comments were titled "Comments on AEIDC Stream flow and temperature model" and its cover letter is dated August 9, 1983. This document, which is a response to those comments, contains both Harza-Ebasco's original comments and AEIDC's response. The four attachments are parts of AEIDC's response.
