Abstract:
This letter accompanies the 2017 annual report about the Susitna-Watana Hydroelectric Project. It is from Janet Reiser, Executive Director of the Alaska Energy Authority. That annual report was written about a year after being closed down. The letter explains how the investment in the closed project and collected data are preserved, and explains what steps need to be taken under FERC's Integrated Licensing Process should the project be restarted.
